Please read the following directions carefully when you register.
It will be a great help to avoid any problems regarding registration and payment.

Registration fee will cover attendance the full conference program, the proceedings, conference dinners, lunches and refreshments during session breaks. The expense of Welcome Reception is also included in this registration fee.
This fee is for Regular and Student participants, not for Accompany person(s). |

Student participants are required to send a copy or PDF file of student ID to ICEE2008 Secretariat. |
|
- |
The payment of accompany person(s) is 10000JPY. It will cover Welcome Reception and Dinner only.
This fee is required to pay by a participant, not by an accompany person. |
|
- |
Regarding the fee of Accompany person(s), it is not applied to Late Registration. Even after June 1st, it is 10000JPY. |

Payment Methods

Overseas Delegates - Payment can be made by telegraphic transfer, bank transfer or credit card.
(VISA / Master Card) |

Local Delegates - Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Bill of the registration fee can be issued. |
|
- |
The bill of the registration fee can be issued to local delegates. In this case, the registration fee might be required to pay via a bank transfer after the bill is issued or the day of the conference. |
|
- |
All presenting authors are required to register for the conference. Presentation and publication in the conference proceedings are subject to author's full payment of registration fee. |
|
Confirmation of Registration & Official Receipt
|

Registration will receive an acknowledgement by e-mail immediately if the online registration process is successfully completed. |
|
- |
An official receipt will be issued to all registered delegates upon receipt of the payment at the venue of the conference. |
|
- |
Please contact Secretariat (icee2008@okicongre.jp) if a receipt is needed before the conference. |
|
- |
All payments should reach the conference secretariat within 2 weeks after the registration form has been submitted online. If not, Late Registration Fee will be applied. |
|
- |
The Organizer reserves the right to release and cancel the booking if the appropriate payment is not received on time. |

Important Notes

Each registration should complete a separate registration form. |
|
- |
The conference secretariat will confirm the registration upon receipt of the registration fee. |
|
- |
The following information is for only author, not for accompany person(s) and regular participants. |
|
- |
Only in the case that the full paper rejected, the registration fee except for its charge can be refunded on or before May 15, 2008. We regret that no refund will be made for cancellations after this date. In the latter case, the non-attending delegates will receive a copy of the conference proceedings. |

All registration should be completed by June 1st, 2008 in order that the full paper will be printed to Proceedings. |

Technical Tour
|

- |
3 courses will be provided for participants. You are able to select a course when registering. |
|
- |
It is possible for participant to register for Technical Tour separately after registering.
